Payment Methods

  1. Direct bank to bank wire transfer. Please, contact us by email kucbelova@parta.sk for bank account details.
  2. Western Union money transfer. Please, use the contact and address listed on about us page.

In most cases we send goods after payment is received.

Shipping Methods and Cost

After receiving payment, we will send the ordered product at once. Before sending, each product is fully checked against defective workmanship.
The receiver is responsible for all/any receiving country import taxes, VAT or any other associated duties.

We extend a one year Guarantee on all our products. Naturally, we pack our products with extreme care. It is in our interest that products reach you in a perfect state.
 

We ship via DHL or UPS or standard postal service (SPS).
Shipping charges will be added to each invoice and paid by the customer.

Delivery times within Europe are 7-14 days, to the US and to the far east 14 days.

Standard Postal Service shipment

Shipping fees to any destination in the world are cheaper but the time of delivery is substantialy longer.

The buyer is obliged to pay the agreed price and to accept the delivered goods.

Slovak Folk Art values your business and respects your privacy. Our privacy policy is never to sell, trade, give away, or otherwise share your personal information with anyone. Your personal information is used simply in processing and delivery of your product.

 

Return Policy

Ordered products are packed for shipping with the utmost care. However, if a product should arrive damaged in shipping or is otherwise defective in materials or workmanship in manufacture, we will replace it for you. In order to receive a replacement, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt by either phone or e-mail. We will discuss the details and replace the product.

 

Disclaimer

We neither carry the responsibility for any late delivery of the ordered goods by the carier, nor for not in-time delivery or non-delivering of the product at all due to the contractor's (producer's) fault.
